When I 1st met Char @ the MAC counter we actually hit it off instantly and I loved her energy.. As the Co-Owner of E' Couture Boutique & Hair Salon in Baltimore she is known for her FABULOUS Sew-Ins but can DO IT ALL!! Then jet-sets her way to Sugar Salon in Atlanta on 49 BLVD.
